How do I access the front and back gates?

You should have been provided a wireless key fob for your car when you moved into the neighborhood.  If not, please contact Security@HamponReserveLiving.com.

If don't have the fob, you can use the key pad at either entrance by pressing the # key and then the four digit code that you also should have been given when you moved in. 

Visitors can best enter by selecting your name  from the scrolling screen on the keypads at the gate.  Your phone will ring and you will be able to talk with the person at the gate.  After you have verified that they are your guest, explain to them that you are going to open the gate for them and that the phone call will be disconnected.  Press the 9 key on your phone.  This will open the gate and hang up the phone.
