Can builders start their nailguns at 6:30 in the morning?
No! Not in Brentwood. Local ordinance does not allow construction before 7:00 a.m. Contact the Brentwood police at their non-emergency number, 615-371 0160, and ask them to speak with the site foreman. The Municipal code prohibits work before 7 a.m. or after dark Monday thru Saturday and 9 a.m. to dark on Sunday. The actual code is in Chapter 42, Article VI, Section 42-17, Paragraph 8.
