WELCOME

Hampton Reserve is peacefully nestled in the forested and rolling hills of Brentwood, Tennessee. Just beyond our beautiful gated entrances, tranquility abounds in this unique community of custom built luxury homes. Upon entering our community, you’ll see why those who have chosen Hampton Reserve love their homes and location, which combines natural beauty and green space with convenient access to Brentwood, Franklin and Cool Springs.

Our community features 91 custom homes, ranging in size from 5,000 to over 12,000 square feet priced in the $2-4 million range, and was a Parade of Homes neighborhood.  Our active Homeowners Association is focused on keeping the neighborhood well maintained, safe, on the “A List” of top places to live in Brentwood. Community events offer social activities for all families, including Summer Barbecue Cookouts and Fall Festivals in our common area, in addition to Holiday Parties and Wine Tasting events held in homes within the community .

Hampton Reserve also provides residents access to award-winning Williamson County public schools for children of all ages, proximity to the state-of-the art John P. Holt Library, and ready access to golf courses, baseball, soccer, hiking, biking, and running parks in Brentwood.

Perennially considered among Brentwood’s top echelon of neighborhoods, the homes of Hampton Reserve offer residents a perfectly balanced lifestyle, with beauty and tranquility not found in other communities in Brentwood.
